What exactly is "The
Option Premium Harvesting Program", and
how are these High Returns
created?
"The OPHP" is the
project name referring to a financial product
developed through our research. This product
creates high guaranteed investment returns without
risking the capital. The OPHP uses a proprietary method of
harvesting the time value in
Option Premiums. This method works in all market
scenarios: up, down, sideways, skyrocket, crash,
etc.
Is
this a Ponzi-scheme, like that perpetrated by Bernie
Madoff and others?
Not at all. The
Investor holds the funds in their own account at all
times, and the Manager does not have the authority
to withdraw funds from the account. The process is
completely transparent, and can be monitored by the
account holder at all
times. This is the ultimate "Ponzi-killer".
How are these High Returns
Guaranteed?
The method is determined by a
mathematical proof (what happens), and an execution
algorithm (what one does to make it happen), so
there is no possibility of a different result other
than what is designed. 2 + 2 = 4, every time and
under all possible circumstances, so the capital
used is guaranteed to generate the return. It is the
design itself of the method that guarantees the
results. The Licensee using the method would
guarantee payout of the return offered to the
Investor through their
contractual obligations. There is currently a Patent
Application in progress for this product.
Has this method been properly
tested, and when will the Patent be issued?
Yes, The OPHP has undergone 8 years of
exhaustive development and testing, and is a
complete and finished product, that functions as
designed. The Patent application is in
progress, and it may take a couple of years before
it is finalized.
What are the actual returns of
The OPHP?
The actual gross returns of The OPHP are confidential
(disclosed to Investors and Licensees of course),
to guard against reverse engineering by potential
competitors, but they are large enough to deliver a
20% return on the capital used, while also enabling
a profit for Licensees using the OPHP.

What do these "Managed
Accounts" look like?
These
accounts are owned exclusively by the Investor, and
are administered by the Licensee of the technology.
The Investor is
guided and assisted in setting up a trading account
in their own title, and the Licensee does the rest
by administering the OPHP, creating the Guaranteed
High Returns. The relationship between the Investor
and Licensee is regulated by an Operating Contract
that defines the mechanics of the structure.
The arrangement is completely transparent to the
account owner.

How are the Risks associated with "The OPHP"
managed?
By design, The OPHP does not risk
the capital being used, as all positions
are fully hedged so that there is no
possibility of capital loss if the rules of the OPHP
are executed. For the same reasons,
there is no risk attributed to the returns generated
by the capital, which may vary, but will remain in a
range that guarantees fulfillment of the returns.
The capital being used and held in brokerage
accounts is insured by the Canadian Investor
Protection Fund,
CIPF, or the Securities Investor Protection
Corporation,
SIPC,
or other insurance funds Internationally.
The execution algorithm is clearly defined and easy
to follow, eliminating any possibility of error.
Is it not impossible to have a "Guaranteed
High Return No Risk" Product?
Traditionally, such claims have
been associated with countless investment scams, as
this discussion by the SEC illustrates:

Investor Alert . Both articles claim that there
is "no such thing" as "Guaranteed High Returns-No
Risk". To be fair, this is probably good advice
considering the history of such claims. In the days
when it was known that the Earth was flat, and
disbelievers were burned at the stake or drawn and
quartered as
heretics, it was a good idea to believe in and
not question the status quo. Thankfully, some people
did venture forth and prove that the Earth was
round. The Age of Technology and the Information Age
have created the opportunity to truly advance our
imagination and knowledge of what can be possible. The
OPHP is an example of what is now possible.
Why is it that
you are offering such a product and other Companies
are not?
Good question. Here's
some speculation: the
conventional investment industry is built around the
premise that it is the investor that takes all the
risks, even though the investment banks, fund
managers, brokerages etc. get paid regardless of whether
the investor makes money or not. Wall Street offices,
Connecticut mansions, Trader commissions, etc. are
very expensive. Why would they take the risk
of paying for this themselves if they don't have to?
Even if they had the technology, the expenses of
their business model might not allow a profit large
enough for their liking. Even "guaranteed" Bank certificates
that offer a relatively low interest rate off-load
the risk of inflation to the investor. The
rate of CPI inflation reported is always reported and
skewed to the downside, misrepresenting the true
rate of inflation as it applies to the consumer, so that the 3.5% GIC is
really losing ground verses the cost of living.
We believe it is the right time for a technology
like The OPHP, coupled with an efficient business
